Z-Bar Desk Lamp

One of TIME Magazine’s “Best Inventions of the Year” in 2007, the Z-Bar Collection broke the mold for desk & floor lamp design. This minimalist design features three flexible, streamlined bars with an LED light source.

• A soft touch on the built in switch lets you dim the lamp or turn it on or off.
• Desk lamp includes 42 LEDs with a 50,000 hour lifespan
• The cool LED light of the desk lamp version provides 4500 kelvin of light color; warm light version provides 3500.
• The latest iteration – Gen 4 – includes an improved joint design for greater articulation and improved diffusers to avoid harsh shadows and allow the light to be adjusted all the way up to 570 lumens.
• Z-Bar is also good for the environment: it consumes only 6.5 watts of energy, is constructed from fully recyclable aluminum with water-based paint, uses a non-mercury containing LED light source and comes in FSC certified packaging.
• Also available in a ‘Pro’ desk version that offers rapid USB-C charging, an occupancy sensor to preserve energy, and tunable light temperature (from warm to cool white) so you don’t have to choose at time of purchase. Pro Gen-4 Z-bars are also 20% brighter than the standard version.
