Originally introduced in 1956 and reinvented & updated in 2013, the iconic Kantan lounge collection is fresh, fun, and timeless.
- Designed by Tadao Inouye exclusively for Brown Jordan, Kantan embodies the breezy spirit of its birthplace: Southern California.
- Crafted from strong but lightweight aluminum available in any of Brown Jordan’s smooth, powder-coat finishes.
- Laced seat & back are available in 1″ vinyl strips or 1″ heavy-duty suncloth strips.
- A special brass & suncloth version is also available.
- A standard armchair (dining seat height), rocker, and tables are also available in this collection.
- We encourage a trip to LaDiff to experience Kantan and see the finish & strap options in person.
